We are so excited to introduce you to Dr. Jenny Shulsky! Dr. Jenny grew up in Baltimore and graduated Dental school from the Lake Erie School of Dental Medicine. After Dental School, Dr. Jenny did her residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics.

“After moving back home to the DMV, I was determined to find a practice that had a great office structure and a history of putting the patient first. I found the perfect place with Dr. Frank and the Virginia Braces team. My favorite part of Orthodontics is getting to know patients and working with them on their journey to a smile they love. I am grateful I found a team with a great culture where every staff member provides a great patient experience. I cannot wait to meet all of you and be a small, positive part of your smile story.”

Dr. Jenny and her husband have one three-year-old daughter and another baby on the way. In her free time, you can find Dr. Jenny outside chasing around her 3-year-old and golden retriever puppy Clarence.

    Office Manager

    Hi! I’m Lacy! I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, I’ve been passionate about orthodontics since 2001, when I began my career as an orthodontic assistant. Since then, I’ve worn many hats, moving to the front desk and finance team in 2023 and becoming Dr. Jenny’s Office Manager in 2024.

    With over two decades of experience, I love staying involved in all aspects of the practice whether I’m greeting patients, reviewing treatment plans, or assisting in the clinic like old times.

    Outside the office, I’m a proud wife of nearly 20 years and a busy mom to three wonderful kids, an energetic Doberman, and three quirky cats. My family enjoys camping whenever possible, and I love crafting, reading, video games, and baking sourdough with my beloved starter, Brock Jr.

    Treatment Coordinator

    I began my journey in the dental field in 2011 as a dental assistant through on-the-job training, gaining valuable experience in general dentistry. Wanting to grow, I became a certified dental assistant and later found my passion in orthodontics. In 2018, I joined the Beecroft Orthodontics family, working at our Virginia Braces locations.
    As a Treatment Coordinator, I love being part of my patients’ transformations and watching their confidence grow with each visit.
    Outside the office, I enjoy relaxing with my adorable doxi-beagle mix, Dash, and spending time with family and friends over good food and laughter.

    Working at Virginia Braces has been one of the greatest joys of my life. From the moment I joined the Virginia Braces family, I knew I had found more than just a job, it truly is a family. I immediately fell in love with how professional, caring, and committed this team is to every patient, from children to adults.
    As a receptionist, I’m proud to be part of a team that takes a personal approach to every smile. The doctors and orthodontic assistants are dedicated to delivering detailed, lasting results, smiles that are not only beautiful, but built to last. Every patient is made to feel welcomed, valued, and confident, with care that is as comfortable and painless as possible.

    Clinical Assistant

    Hi! My name is Catherine, and I work as an Orthodontic Sterilization Technician here at the office. I’m from Woodbridge, Virginia, and I’m currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Management at Old Dominion University.

    I began working in orthodontics this year, and it’s been a great learning experience so far. I enjoy keeping everything clean and organized to support the team and help ensure patient safety.

    In my free time, I love exploring new restaurants around the DMV area. I’m always open to recommendations :) 

    I’m thankful to be part of such a positive and hardworking team, and I’m excited to continue growing in the healthcare field.

    Hi, my name is Ana! I am an assistant at the office. I’m new to the team and excited to grow and learn everyday. I love that I can make our patients feel more confident about their smiles. I’m always on my toes with my two kid’s and dog. Family means the world to me.

    A little fun fact about me is that I love rollercoasters and feeling that adrenaline rush. I’m excited to be a part of such a caring, amazing team and hope to see you soon!
