Matt Beecroft, DMD
Orthodontist
Dr. Beecroft comes to Virginia Braces with a rich background in orthodontics, having earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Case Western Reserve University, both with highest honors.
After completing his orthodontic residency at Vanderbilt University, where he served as chief resident and joined the adjunct faculty, he established Beecroft Orthodontics in Fredericksburg, VA. His dedication as a practice owner and lead orthodontist for over 12 years has earned him the trust of thousands of patients, and we are excited for him to bring his passion and expertise to our team.
He is married to Kyla, his best friend. Having both grown up in a variety of places, they are thrilled to raise our five fantastic children in Virginia. He also likes traveling and trying new food, especially if it’s spicy🌶️🌶️🌶️. In fact, if you’d like to challenge him to a spicy food eating contest, please contact the office.

Hey there, sunshine! My name is Brandy & I am the front desk coordinator and office manager here at Virginia Braces! I have been helping to make you smile for 6+ years. I love my. job, the people I work with, & the wonderful people I meet everyday. Working in the field of smiles is so rewarding. My favorite part is when a patient gets their braces off & can’t stop smiling while checking out & then watching their smile get bigger when I them a bag for the candy bar! When I am not at work, I love spending time with my husband and our two beautiful boys. You can also find me preforming for the road singing Taylor Swift, playing The Sims, reading romance novels, and hanging out with my mom. I can’t wait to meet you! -

Treatment Coordinator & Marketing Coordinator
Hi! My name is Hannah. I am the treatment and marketing coordinator here at VA Braces. I grew up in Shenandoah, VA and still currently live there. I started working here in 2020 as the sterilization tech Since then, I’ve received my Associate of Science degree and came back to work as an orthodontic assistant. I assisted for a year before becoming the treatment coordinator in 2023. I love my job and all of my work family. I have truly grown up at VA Braces! My favorite thing about my job is meeting all of our new patients and helping them begin their journey to straighter teeth and confidence! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my one year old son & husband, as well as my family. We like to go camping, snowboarding, fishing & spend time outdoors. I have two dogs that keep us on our toes! My mom is the Lead Clinical Assistant here and we have the best time working together. I cannot wait to meet you at your consult! -

Lead Clinical Assistant
Hi, I’m Crystal! I’m the lead clinical assistant here at Virginia Braces. I completed my dental assisting courses in 2010 and started off assisting in general dentistry for nearly 4 years. Then I took a job as an orthodontic assistant here in Ruckersville and just celebrated my 10 year anniversary! :) I love the amount of “hands on” work I get to do with patients and the beautiful smiles we help create! I also love our awesome team!
I’m originally from Elkton but have lived in Shenandoah for over 20 years! I love the Shenandoah valley and enjoy my scenic drive to work each day. In my free time, I enjoy camping & hiking with my husband, and we love spending quality time with our 5 children & 6 grandchildren! My dream is to retire, live part-time in our RV traveling and coming home for family time! I’m thankful for my job and my amazing co-workers as well as all of our amazing patients! -

Hi, I’m Christina! I’ve been an orthodontic assistant since 2015, and I truly love what I do. Helping people feel more confident in their smiles and getting to know new faces every day is one of the best parts of my job. I’ve lived in Charlottesville for most of my life, and it means a lot to be part of a practice that serves this community. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my family, cooking something new in the kitchen, or hanging out with my rottweiler, Avery. -

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here at Virginia Braces. I’ve been working in the dental field since 2016, starting in general dentistry—but I always had a passion for orthodontics. In 2018, I had the opportunity to join Dr. Camden Brown’s orthodontic team, where I spent four years as a treatment coordinator before transitioning into my current role as an orthodontic assistant. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three wonderful kids. They keep us busy with sports and church activities, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m so thankful to be part of the Virginia Braces team - it truly feels like family to me. -

Clinical Assistant
Hi, I’m Destiny! I’m one of the orthodontic assistants here and started my journey in the field in 2024. I grew up in Virginia and got my start through on-the-job training, and I’m still learning and growing every day. I truly enjoy what I do—especially being part of a team that feels more like family and getting to help patients feel more confident by improving their smiles. Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancé and my family. I have a sweet German Shepherd–Beagle mix named Lacey who keeps things fun. In my free time, you’ll usually find me outdoors—I enjoy going to rodeos, fishing, hunting, and soaking up the fresh air. One fun fact about me: I collect Stanley cups and currently have 16 in my collection (but I’m always on the lookout for more)! -
